Paramea is a village in the municipality of Baix Pallars, in the region of Pallars Sobirà, Catalonia, Spain. It is located on a rocky hill overlooking the Pla de Corts, a fertile plateau between the valleys of the Noguera Pallaresa and the Flamisell rivers.

Paramea has a medieval origin and was the head of an ancient term that included other villages and hamlets. It has a remarkable historical and artistic heritage, such as the Romanesque church of Sant Cristòfol, the ruins of the castle and the tower of the Colomers, and several noble houses with coats of arms.

Paramea is also a good starting point for hiking trails in the area, such as the one that leads to the Estany de Montcortès, a beautiful karstic lake.
